How it works
Use the same simple sequence on the web or in Telegram. Choose what you want to sell, review the current rate, submit only after you are ready, and follow every status update.
Before you start
- Choose NGN or GHS when you create your account. Your account market is fixed after registration.
- Every customer quote is valid for 10 minutes. The order screen always shows the current rate and expiry time.
- Wallet credit is added only after a gift card is approved or a Crypto deposit is confirmed by the provider.
Sell a gift card
- 1Choose the card and region
Select the card type, country or region, face value and payout asset shown on the sell screen.
- 2Review the 10-minute quote
Check the rate, estimated wallet credit and expiry time before you submit anything.
- 3Submit your card details
Paste one or more codes separated by a new line or upload a TXT file. Card images and purchase receipts are optional.
- 4Wait for card review
We verify the card and can show a revised quote if the verified denomination is different.
- 5Receive wallet credit
Once the card is approved, the confirmed amount is recorded in your wallet and order history.
Sell Crypto for wallet credit
- 1Choose the coin and network
Select a supported coin, the exact network and the wallet currency available for your account.
- 2Prepare a dedicated receiving address
The system prepares a verified address for the selected coin and network before you send anything.
- 3Enter the amount you expect to send
Entering an amount is optional. Use it to estimate your payout; an estimate does not lock a price.
- 4Review and confirm the 10-minute quote
Need a fixed price? You can create a 10-minute quote before sending.
- 5Send the exact coin and network
Send only the selected coin on the exact network shown with your ready receiving address.
- 6Track provider confirmation and wallet credit
Without a fixed quote, a matched deposit uses the published customer rate applicable at its recorded arrival time. If a deposit cannot be matched or priced, it needs review.
